摘要 目的 观察塔里木盆地子午沙鼠(Merione meridianus)实验鼠疫F1抗体形成情况。方法 用强毒鼠疫菌2101号感染子午沙鼠,按不同时间随机抽取5只采血,用微量IHA法检测鼠疫F1抗体,观察仔鼠体内母系抗体维持时间。结果 (1)子午沙鼠感染鼠疫菌后,第4d出现抗体,此后抗体滴度维持在1:4—1:32之间。抗体阳性率为82.5%(85/103);(2)母系抗体在仔鼠体内可维持4.5个月。结论 子午沙鼠鼠疫F1抗体形成时间早,抗体滴度偏低且较为集中(1:4—1:32),无明显高峰期和下降期,抗体持续时间长,阳性率较高;仔鼠体内的母系抗体至少维持4.5个月。这可为动物鼠疫调查或分析时提供有价值的参考依据。 Objective To observe the formation of plague F1 antibody of Meriones meridanua from the Tarim Basin in experiment. Methods Violent Yersinia pestgs 2101 was taken to infect Meriones merfdanua. According to the different time, 5 of Meriones meridanua was collected blood sample randomly to detect plague FI antibody with microamount PHA method. The sustaining time of maternal antibody in the newborn Meriones meridanus was observed. Results ( 1 ) After infected with Y. pestis, Meriones meridanus appeared antibody on the 4th day and the antibody titer sustained from 1 : 4 to 1 : 32 with the positive rate of antibody of 82.5% (85/103). (2) The maternal antibody in the newborn Meriones meridanus would sustain 4.5 months. Conclusions The formation time of F1 antibody is early in Meriones meridanus. The antibody titer is low and concentrates from 1: 4 to 1 : 32. There are no obvious crest - time and decrement phase. It is long for the sustaining time of antibody with high positive rate. The maternal antibody in the newborn Mer/ones mer/danus can sustain 4.5 months at least. It can provide valuable reference data for animal plague investigation and analysis.
