羊毛织物氧化还原体系低温染色技术研究

Research on Low Temperature Dyeing Process of Wool Fabric in Redox System

选择双氧水/硫脲氧化还原体系对羊毛织物进行低温染色,通过测定上染率、K/S值、染色牢度、顶破强力等指标来评价染色效果。研究表明:酸性染料染浴中加入该氧化还原体系,可显著提高羊毛织物低温染色效果,并由正交实验得出最佳染色工艺。

Hydrogen peroxide/thiourea redox system is used in the dyeing of wool fabric at low temperature. Its dyeing effect is evaluated by testing exhaustion, K/S value, color fastness and bursting strength, etc. The tests showed that the dyeing ability of wool fabric at low temperature is greatly raised in the presence of hydrogen peroxide/thiourea redox system. The optimum dyeing condition is got through orthogonal test.
