环保型液体固色碱在活性染料浸染中的应用

Application of Eco-liquid Alkali in Dip-dyeing with Reactive Dyes

将自制的液体固色碱用于棉织物的活性染料浸染中，探讨了液体固色碱的用量、固色时间和缓冲性能对固色效果的影响，结果表明，液体固色碱固色用量小，约为碳酸钠用量的1／13-1／4，固色时间短，缓冲性能好，固色牢度好，且操作方便。可代替传统的固色碱剂。

This paper discusses the influences of the liquid alkali＇ s concentration, fixation time and buffering on fixation effect by using the self-made liquid alkali in dip-dyeing of cotton with reactive dyes. The liquid alkali has advantages of low concentration, about 1/13 - 1/4 of sodium carbonate, less fixation time, good buffering and convenient operation. The dyed fabrics with liquid alkali have better color fastness. So it can replace the sodium carbonate in traditional process as alkali agent for reactive dyes fixation.
