摘要
设计一款打印幅宽为240 cm的服装笔式绘图仪横梁,进行截面设计、受力分析、强度和刚度校核,建立动力学微分方程并进行振动分析。从理论上分析服装笔式绘图仪横梁变形原因,以减小绘图误差。计算出横梁的固有振动频率,为设计绘图仪中驱动绘图笔的直线电机工作频率提供参考。
Designs a 240cm-width Apparel Pen Plotter beam, including beam section design, mechanics analysis, intensity and torsion rigidity proof, establish dynamics differential equation and vibration analysis. Analyses the reason of apparel pen plotter distortion in theory to reduce the plot error. Calculates the vibration frequency inherence of the beam, offers the references for designing the working frequency of beeline electromotor which drives the plot pen.
