通过对上市公司的规模发展、财务状况及股权结构和公司治理结构等方面进行分析,进而把握浙江省上市公司的竞争力状况,并提出相应的对策建议。

Listed companies in Zhejiang province play a major part in the economic development of Zhejiang province, and the competitiveness of them is not only about their growth but also the pivotal point of the regional economic competitiveness for the whole of Zhejiang province. This thesis attempts to understand the competitive status of listed companies in Zhejiang province from the analysis for their developing in scale, financial status, structure of stock ownership and enterprise management, and presents the relevant suggestions.
