摘要
课程变革本质上是一种文化创造,而文化反过来又构成课程变革之基础。课程文化内涵至少包括三个方面,即“课程中的文化”、“课程的文化”与“变革文化”,此三者相互作用、相互渗透。我国当前基础教育课程改革在文化上的内在要求是形成一种“合作探究文化”。传统的、控制的课程文化与新兴的、民主的课程文化间的冲突是新课程改革面临的主要问题。前者与应试教育体系相适应,后者则是素质教育的内在要求。而文化冲突的过程即是一种文化适应、超越和创生的过程。只要坚持合作、探究的变革文化,民主的课程文化定会在我国课程领域诞生并发展。
Curriculum change is essentially a process of cultural creation. Meanwhile, culture forms the basis of curriculum change. The meaning of curriculum culture at least includes three aspects, i.e. cultures in curriculum, culture of curriculum and culture of change. And they are interacted and permeated each other. The intrinsic need of the ongoing curriculum reform in China is to form a culture of cooperative inquiry. The conflict between the traditional control-based curriculum culture and the rising democracy-based curriculum culture is the basic problem for the new curriculum reform. The former is related to the system of education to tests; the latter is the intrinsic need of qualities education, Cultural conflict is actually a process of cultural adaptation, transcendence and creation. If we keep the cooperative inquiry based culture of change, democracy-based curriculum culture will be gave birth and developed in Chinese curriculum field.
