摘要
有效教学是师生遵循教学活动的客观规律,以最优的速度、效益和效率促进学生在知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观“三维目标”上获得整合、协调、可持续的进步和发展,从而有效地实现预期的教学目标,满足社会和个人的教育价值需求而组织实施的教学活动。有效教学的基本特征有:以学生发展为本的教学目标;预设与生成的辩证统一;教学有效知识量高;教学生态和谐平衡;学生发展取向的教师教学行为。
Effective teaching is a teaching activity organized and carried out by teachers and students, in which the rules of teaching activities are obeyed, and at the excellent speed, efficiency and rate, students" integrated, harmonious and sustainable progress and development of three-dimensional goal is improved including knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and value, in order that expected teaching goal can be effectively realized and the social and individual needs met. The features of effective teaching include teaching goal based on student development, dialectic unity of fore-establishment and production, large amounts of effective knowledge in teaching, harmony and balance of teaching ecology, and teacher's teaching action tending to student development.
