摘要
近年来,2型糖尿病(DM2)已经不仅局限于在成人中蔓延,儿童的2型糖尿病发病率也迅速增长,其发病有遗传和种族倾向,胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足是儿童DM2两个主要发病机制。该文综述了近年来国内外儿童DM2的流行病学研究进展,提倡应重视对其的筛查和诊断工作以及早治疗,建立健康的生话方式,预防儿童DM2的发生。
In recent years, type Ⅱ diabetes does not only exist among adults, but is also spreading among children with an increasing tendency. The attack of type Ⅱ diabetes is related with inheritance and races. Insulin resistance and insulin deficiency are the two major pathogeneses for type Ⅱ diabetes among children. This paper gives a general introduction of epidemiological study of type Ⅱ diabetes among children home and abroad, promote screening, diagnosis and prompt treatment and establish healthy lifestyle to prevent the attack of type Ⅱ diabetes among children.
