摘要 采用乳液聚合的方式,以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为乳化剂,合成了含功能性单体丙烯酸的苯乙烯/丙烯酸丁酯的共聚乳液。考察了不同的反应温度、不同的引发剂用量、不同的乳化剂用量和配比等因素对聚合反应工艺的影响,发现当引发剂质量分数0.5%,乳化剂质量分数4%,SDS、SDBS和OP-10的质量比为2∶1∶9,反应温度为80℃±2℃,丙烯酸含量为2%时乳液的凝聚率最低。 Styrene-butyl acrylate-acrylic acid latex had been prepared with the emulsion polymerization method by use of SDS, SDBS, OP-10 as the emulsifiers. The influence of temperature, the amount of initiator, the amount and the ratio of emulsifiers on the preparation process were discussed. It was found that the latex with lowest amount of coagulation was obtained, when the amount of initiator was 0.5 %, the amount of emulsifiers was 4% ,SDS:SDBS:OP-10 was 2:1:9,reaction temperature was 80℃ ± 2℃ and the amount of acrylic acid was 2% .
