提出了新形势下高校图书馆应采用藏借阅一体化、书刊合一的服务模式,并从几个方面对人性化管理在这种模式中的运行进行了探讨。

This paper points, out that university library should adopt the service mode of integration of storing, borrowing and reading and the integration of books and periodicals, and probes into humanized management in the operation with this mode.
