论述了企业危机管理的重要性,从危机意识的树立和危机管理措施两方面探讨了企业经营活动中的危机管理,并提出了危机管理应重视的几个问题。
This paper expounds the importance of the crisis management of enterprises, probes into the crisis management in enterprise＇s operating activity from the establishment of crisis consciousness and the measures of crisis management, and advances several problems needing attention in the crisis management.
