摘要
在介绍职业经理人选聘重要性的基础上,建立了职业经理人的评价指标体系,并用层次分析法形成了选聘职业经理人的具体流程。
Based on introducing the importance of selecting and apl)ointing professional manager, this paper establishes the evaluating index system for the professional manager, and forms the concrete procedures of selecting and appointing professional manager by using the analytic hierarchy process.
