摘要
在构建企业人力资本评价指标体系的基础上,利用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)对选取的20个指标进行实证分析,评价了FAHP在人力资本衡量指标体系中应用的利弊。
Based on constructing the human capital evaluation index system of enterprise, this paper analyzes empirically on the twenty selected indexes by using the FAHP, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of FAHP in the human capital measurement index system.
