Considerations about Strengthening the Safety Management of the Stations and Sections Directly under Taiyuan Railway Bureau in the New System

针对实行铁路局直管站段后存在的问题,提出理顺安全管理关系,规范安全管理职责,树立安全管理新理念,提高现场安全控制能力等建议。

In the light of the problems existing after carrying out the direct control of the stations and sections by the railway bureau, this paper advances some suggestions on smoothing the relation of the safety management, regulating the obligation of safety management, establishing the new concept of safety management and improving the ability of field safety control.
