摘要
本文报道用人肺癌Ａ１、胃癌ＭＫＮ－４５、肝癌ＳＭＭＣ－７７２１和宫颈癌Ｈｅｌａ２９９细胞株联合免疫山羊，自羊淋巴组织中提取抗肿瘤、ＲＮＡ，用ＭＴＴ－ＬＡＩ法检测其生物活性，与正常羊ＲＮＡ相比，有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），可望在肿瘤免疫治疗，尤其是抗肿瘤转移中发挥有效作用。
Joint anti tumour immune RNA(iRNA)was prepared from the lymphoid tissue of goats immunized with A1,MKN 45,SMMC 7721,and Hela229 tumour cell lines,and its immunoactivity was verified by 3 (4,5 dimethy1 thiazol 2 yl)2,5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide--leucocyte adherence inhibition (MTT-LAT).The results showed that joint anti tumour iRNA could significantly medalateLAl in response to tumour antigens compared with that of normal RNA of goats.lt suggestes the iRNA play an important role in tumour immunotherapy,eapecially in anti-tumour transfer therapy.
