123例老年人肺癌的外科治疗体会

Surgical Treatment of Lung Cancer in 123 Aged Patients

本文报告自１９９０年５月～１９９５年４月，手术治疗６０岁以上肺癌１２３例。鳞癌４７例，腺癌４３例，小细胞癌１６例，其他１２例。手术切除１１０例（８９．４％），术后并发症２４例（１９．５％），死亡１例（０．８％）。５年生存率３２．３％（１０／３１）。体会：加强围手术期的处理，选择适当的手术方式，是预防老年人肺癌手术后并发症的关键。

From May 1990 to April 1995,123 lung cancer Patients over 60 years old were treated surgically in our hospital.They were squamous cell carcinoma(47 cases)and adenocarcinoma (43 cases)and small cell carcinoma(16 cases).the others were 12 cases.The resection rate was 89.4%(110/123).Postoperative complications developed in 24 cases (19.5%)with 1 mortality (0.8%).Five year survival rate were 32.3%(10/31).The author suggested that operative intervention of lung cancer in patients over 60 years of age should be wiedly adopted.
