摘要
为了解决目前变电站内通信管理装置实时性、可靠性不高,硬件复杂成本高等问题,提出了基于AT 91RM 9200处理器和V xW orks嵌入式实时操作系统的新型变电站通信控制器。介绍了新型通信控制器的硬件设计,着重描述了通信接口部分,用复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD解决了CAN控制器芯片SJA 1000与AT 91RM 9200之间的时序逻辑问题。软件采用双层客户机/服务器的体系结构,详细进行了基于V xW orks的装置软件模块划分,并分析了装置软件运行流程。该装置可以实现远方调度对变电站的内部操作和多种网络互连,并构建现有变电站内统一的通信网络,稍加改变也可以用于基于IEC 61850的数字化变电站中。
There exists some problems in the substation communication management devices, such as poor real-time ability, low reliability and high hardware cost. To solve these problems, a new communication controller desigh is proposed based on ATglRM9200 and VxWorks. The hardware structure is introduced, emphatically the communication interface circuit. The time sequence logic problem between CAN controller chip SJA1000 and ATglRM9200 is solved using the CPLD. Adopting the structure of double-layer client/ server, the software has completed the program flow analysis as well as the VxWorks based module division in detail. This device can realize the distant inter-substation manipulation. Furthermore, it can connect various communication networks so as to construct a unified network among the existing substations. If changed slightly, it can also be used in digital substations based on IEC61850 in future.
