摘要
板式转换层施工中常采用分层浇筑的方法,形成叠合板;众所周知,叠合板底部有应力超前的现象,而混凝土水化热将会对这种现象产生影响。文中分析了转换层叠合板浇注过程中的内部温度分布,叙述了在温度和重力荷载联合作用下的有限元分析程序的编制过程,并以上海某工程为例,比较了两种不同施工方案下,转换层叠合板在温差应力作用下的不同工作性能。
Multi-layers method is usually used in procedure of transfer-floor construction to make transfer-floor into a composite-slab. There is the effect of preacted stress at the bottom of the composite-slab. And the hydration heat generated in course of construction strengthens the effect. We analyze the temperature distribution in a transfer-floor composite-slab in the course of construction and narrate the finite element analysis (FEA) programme under the effect of the thermal and gravitational force. Taking a project in Shanghai as the example, we compare the different performances between two different construction plans.
