上海漕泾热电有限责任公司2套9F级联合循环机组余热锅炉,投运前完成了化学清洗工作。华东电力试验研究院对化学清洗全过程实施监督监测:化学清洗不同阶段清洗工艺关键参数控制符合清洗方案要求;水冲洗、去油脂、EDTA清洗、双氧水钝化、除盐水漂洗等节点指标均达到方案要求;不同材质监视管的化学清洗金属腐蚀速率均符合化学清洗导则DL/T 794-2001[1]和VGB-R 513e的要求;监视管表面呈均匀灰黑色,清洗和钝化效果良好。

It introduced pre-operational chemical cleaning of HRSG of Shanghai Caojing cogeneration plant. During chemical cleaning processing, ECEPRT supervises and monitors base stage and node of LP, IP and HP circuit. Controlling index of water flush degreasing, EDTA cleaning, passivation, and rensing conforms to program; supervisory tube of several stuff illuminates that mental eorrasion rates conforms to guideline of DL/T 794 - 2001 and VGB - R 513e.
