渔业经济在一国经济发展与国际贸易中发挥着非常重要的作用。理论与实践均表明渔业发展中财政支持的必要性。因此,本文在揭示中国渔业发展财政投入存在主要问题的基础上,提出了完善我国财政投入机制的对策。

Fishery economy plays a vital role in national economic development and international trade.It is essential to provide it with financial support,which is proved by both theory and practice.Basing on the revelation of the major problems appearing in fishery financial investment in China,this paper proposes countermeasures for perfecting financial investment svstem.
