摘要
针对现在我国陶瓷工业中所用的粘土类、长石类、矾土类、石英类等原料多已在原料厂经过了加工处理,陶瓷的制浆则由原来的以研磨为主转变成了以混合与研磨为主的状况,本文改进了篮式砂磨机的结构,设计出了内循环高效研磨机。并根据一系列的制浆实验。分析了影响制浆效率的因素,提高了系统的制浆效率,降低了制浆能耗,在陶瓷工业中具有广泛的应用前景。
Most kinds of the raw materials for making porcelain, such as clay, feldspar, alumina, quartz and so on have been processed in the raw materials factories. The process of ceramics slurry making has been transformed from grinding alone to an integration of both grinding and mixing. After analyzing influence factor of makingslurry efficiency through a series of tests, the authors have improved the structure of submersible basket mills and designed an inner circulation mill, which raises the work efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and will be widely applied to the ceramic industry.
