安徽省特殊教育学校体育现状与发展对策

Status quo of physical education in special education schools in Anhui province and developing countermeasures

运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对安徽省特殊教育学校体育现状进行调查,结果发现:学校体育经费投入不足且来源途径单一,体育场地器材严重匮乏,专职体育教师严重短缺,体育与健康课程标准实施力度不够,课外体育活动开展状况较差。其发展对策为:加大体育经费投入,改善体育场地器材;加大专职体育师资的培养力度;加快体育教学改革,实施体育与健康课程标准;规范课外体育活动,使其经常化。

By adoption of literature study, interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis, this paper studied the status quo of physical education in special education schools in Anhui province and found that there existed many problems such as lack of investment, sports facilities and grounds and P. E teachers. Moreover, the Sports and Health Curriculum Standard was not fully executed. There were not many ex-curricular sports activities for the students. Consequently, countermeasures were put forward.
