摘要
健美操教师要注重提高自己的专业素养,要善于发掘、提炼教材、教法的美育因素,实施艺术化教学。要善于抓住形象性,把握情感性,开展创新教学,力争营造良好的教学心理气氛,创设完美的教学情景。
To succeed in calisthenics teaching, the teachers should endeavor to improve their professional qualities, explore the aesthetic elements in the: teaching materials and methods and make calisthenics an art so that the students can fully appreciate the teaching.
