摘要
健美操教师要注重提高自己的专业素养,要善于发掘、提炼教材、教法的美育因素,实施艺术化教学。要善于抓住形象性,把握情感性,开展创新教学,力争营造良好的教学心理气氛,创设完美的教学情景。
To succeed in calisthenics teaching, the teachers should endeavor to improve their professional qualities, explore the aesthetic elements in the： teaching materials and methods and make calisthenics an art so that the students can fully appreciate the teaching.
