针刺对急性心肌缺血家兔外周血超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛影响的实验研究

Effects of Electroacupuncture with Myocardial Ischemic Area in Rabbit Heart on the Vitality of Superoxide Dismutase and the Serum Content of Malondialdehyde

目的：探讨针刺对急性心肌缺血家兔血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法：将30只健康家兔随机分为正常对照组(组1,n=10),结扎组(组2,n=10),采用结扎家兔冠状动脉心室支的方法,建立实验模型。正常对照组进行手术全过程,但只做手术的穿线,并不结扎。结扎组家兔冠状动脉心室支结扎50min,不进行针刺。结扎十针刺组(简称针刺组)在结扎冠状动脉左前降支的同时,用电针针刺两侧“内关”穴,留针10min,去针后在不松结的情况下继续观察40min。各组家兔均在观察结束后,颈静脉取血3mL,用化学比色法测定血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果：与结扎组相比较电针能明显降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结论：针刺“内关”穴能增加急性心肌缺血家兔血清中SOD活性；降低MDA的含量,改善自由基代谢,保护心肌细胞,有效改善心肌缺血状况。

Objective：Discuss the Effocts of electroacupuncture（EA） with myocardial ischemic area in rabbit heart on the vitality of Superoxde dismutase （SOD）and the serum content of Malondialdehyde（MDA）. Methods：Totally 30 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group （group 1, n=10）, ligation group （group 2, n=10）and ligation with electroacupuncture group （group 3, n=10）.The acute myocardial ischemic model was established by ligtion in anterior interventricular branch.Normal control group：the whole process was done except ligation.Ligation group：observation was taken for 50min after ligation without EA.Ligation with electroacupuncture group：Neiguan acupoints at the both sides of the upper limbs was electroaupunctrued as soon as ligation was done while observation was taken for 10min, and then remove the needle to observe for 40min.3mL blood was taken from jugular vein and preserved in test tube. Colorimetric method was used to the vitality of SOD and the serum content of MDA.Results：Compare with the ligation group the SOD level of the group with acupuncture elevated at the same time the MDA decreased. Conclusion：It indicated that by acupuncture, the improved function in ischemic cardiac muscle cells was associated with the improvement of organic anti-oxidation function.Meanwhile it mentioned that the tight relationship between heart and Hand Jueyin meridian.
