摘要
目的：总结环会厌舌骨固定术治疗声门型喉癌的疗效。方法：回顾分析接受环会厌舌骨固定术治疗的38例声门型喉癌。结果：随访2年以上31例,本组T1的2、3、5年生存率均为100%(15/15,9/9,3/3),T2的2、3、5年生存率分别为87．5%(14/16),80%(8/10),75%(3/4),T3的2年生存率为100%(1/1)。结论：应用CHEP治疗声门型喉癌可使患者保留喉功能,提高生活质量,而且手术操作简便,容易推广。
Objective： To summarize the effect of treating glottic cancer with crlcohyoidoepglottopexy. Methods： Thirty eight cases of glottic cancer treated erieohyoidoepglottopexy are reviewed.Rosults： Thirty one cases were followed up more than 2 years.2,3,5 years survival rate of T1 group were all 100% （15/15, 9/9,3/3）. 2,3,5 years survival rate of T2 group were 87.5%（14/16）, 80% （ 8/10 ）, 75%（3/4） respectively.2 years survival rate of T3 group were 100%（1/1） .Conclusion： With CHEP, the patients of glottic cancer reserved laryngeal function, improved life quality. The operation was convenient and popularized easily.
