摘要
目的：建立妇宁康片的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量控制标准提供试验依据。方法：采用薄层色谱鉴别法鉴别处方中的主要药味。结果：处方中的枸杞子、赤芍、知母、黄柏四味药的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征。结论：薄层色谱鉴别方法简便可靠,专属性、重现性好,可作为妇宁康片的质量控制指标。
Objective：To establish a TLC identification method of Funingkang Tablet, and support to set up quality control standard for the product.Methods：TLC Results：Describable characteristics of Gouqizi, Chishao, Zhimu and Huangbai by TLC.Conclusion.TLC was simple, reliable and specific method with good reproducibility, to be used as quality control guideline by TLC for Fengshining Tablet was recommended.
