Study on the Baicalin Content of Huayu Quban Capsul with HPLC

目的：对化瘀祛斑胶囊建立含量测定方法。方法：用HPLC法对方中黄芩苷进行含量测定。结果：黄芩苷在0．1604～0．802μg范围内呈线性关系,平均加样回收率为103．3%,RSD为1．1%。结论：本法操作简便,结果准确重现性好,可以控制化瘀祛斑胶囊的质量。

Objective： To establish the method of baicalin content for Huayu Qubancapsule.Methods： HPLC was used to determinate turin content. Results： The linear range of baicalin was 0.1604-0.802μg, r=0.9996, The average recovery was 103.3%, RSD1.1% ; Conclusion： The method was simple, rapid, and accurate and suitable for the detection of Huayu Qubancapsule.
