摘要
旋转填料床气相压降是旋转填料床应用和设计的一项重要指标。目前应用的错流旋转填料床按其内部结构的不同分为密封式错流旋转填料床和开放式错流旋转填料床,因其内部结构不同而导致这2种错流旋转填料床气相压降的变化规律存在差异。通过用空气-水系统对2种错流旋转填料床的气相压降进行实验研究表明,2种错流旋转填料床气相压降的共同点是气相压降都随进液量的增大而上升,旋转床在低转速下随进气量的增大而上升。不同点是密封式错流旋转填料床在一定进气量下气相压降随旋转床转速的上升而缓慢下降,开放式错流旋转填料床气相压降随转速的增大气相压降先降后升。
The gas pressure drop of rotating packed bed (RPB) is an important factor in its application and design. The cross-flow RPB is divided into two types depending on inner configuration: sealed cross-flow RPB and opened cross-flow RPB. Their variations of gas pressure drops are attributed to their structure difference. The pressure drops of two types of cross-flow RPB were studied using air water system. The experimental data show that the pressure drops of two types of cross-flow RPB are increased slowly with increasing liquid flux. Furthermore, an increase in gas flux causes the increase of pressure drop of RPB at low rotating speed. Under the same gas flux, the pressure drop in opened cross-flow RPB decrease slowly with increasing the rotating speed, whereas the pressure drop for open cross-flow RPB decreases with increased rotating speed, and then increase with increased rotating speed.
