The personnel training mode means the organizational form and operating mechanism for realizing train objective in the educational activities and under the guidance of specific education thought, education theory and policy. The training mode of the surveying major also needs to meet the needs of times and discipline and the science development. In this paper, the training objective and training model of the surveying major are discussed, and some trumpery opinions are presented.
