摘要
教师教学技能训练是师范生专业素质成长的一项重要内容。传统的汉语言文学专业师范生教学技能训练显得条块分割明显,形式机械,内容空洞,缺乏系统组织和教例诱导且学科专业特色不强。而通过定向安排、自由训练、合作探究、观摩提高、系统测评、自我总结等六个步骤构建的准语文教师自主师能训练模式是加强当前汉语言文学专业师范生教学技能训练,提高师能训练实效性的一条新途径。
The Teaching skill training is an important content of the institute student who is special in teaching to improve specialty ability. The traditional manner of teaching skill training showed straggling, automatic, disembodied ,scaring organization and no feature. The" six-step" autonomous teaching skill training by future Chinese teacher which excludes arranging definitivly, training freely, searching collabrativly, improving by visiting, testing systematically and summarrizing autonomously is a new manner of reinforcing the teaching skill training and improving efficiency by future Chinese teacher.
