“航工2号”桩架改造方案的有限元分析

Finite element analysis of pile holder reconstruction of “ang Gong 2”

针对某打桩船的改造设计,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对不同方案进行了结构强度的计算与载荷应力分析。通过对原有桩架的应力分析,并且根据所需的运行工况,提出了加高加固的改造方案。通过不同荷载工况下的综合分析与比较,结合工程实际,确定了较合理的改造方案。

Aiming at the reconstruction design of a floating pile driver, the paper has calculated the structural strength and analyzed the load stress for different finite element models by resorting to ansys of the finite element software. By means of stress analysis of the old pile holder , this paper puts forward the scheme of heightening and reinforcing according to running project needed. by syntheses analyzing different load cases and comparing them according to actual project, we establish the most reasonable reconstruction scheme on pile holder.
