台区经营量化评价研究

Study on management quantization evaluation for a power supply region

对供电台区经营的综合评价的数量化方法进行了探讨。采用G IS技术,从台区管理的业务和空间两方面选取评价因子,通过综合评价模型计算台区的经营度,采用聚类分析对台区的经营进行定等分级。台区经营的量化评价为供电台区科学管理提供了有力的决策依据。结合某些供电企业在台区管理上推行的台区经营承包责任制,将保证对台区经营责任人的绩效考核公平、公正、合理的进行。

The quantization method of integrated evaluation to management in a power supply region was discussed. The evaluation factor was selected from business and space of the region management by using GIS and the grade of management condition were carried out through cluster analysis method, and the quantization evaluation for a power supply region＇s management can provide decision - making reference for a power supply region＇sscientific management, with which management contract system combines, which has been carried out in power supply region＇smanagement in some power supply enterprises, can ensure that the performance examination for responsible person can be of justice, impartiality and in reason.
