索赔风险是项目风险中的一种.在项目实施前,对项目中存在的索赔风险进行分析和辨识,找出项目中的主要索赔风险可以为工程项目管理提供有效的依据.文章根据从分析到综合再到分析的认识路线,结合索赔风险及其分析的模糊性研究了基于模糊综合评判理论的索赔风险分析、综合与辨识的基本模型.结合具体工程实例,验证了该模型了在项目的风险管理和合同索赔管理中的准确性和实用性.从而得出结论,运用索赔风险的底层二阶评判模型对项目进行索赔风险分析和辨识,可提高建设各方在项目实施过程中的索赔风险辨识能力和防范意识,减少索赔事件的发生.

Claim risks are a kind of risks in items. To analyze and recognize the claim risks in the item and find out the major claim risk before the item is carryied into execution, it can provide effective basis for project management. According to the understanding route from analyzing-synthesizing to analyzing combining the fuzzy property of claim risks, the paper researched the basic model which we can use to analyze, colligate and recognize claim risks. The authors approved the ve racity and practicability of the model used in risks management and contact management. Such research can enhance the ability of identification to the claims by using the model to analyze and recognize the claim risks of the item.
