老年人代谢综合征患病情况分析

To analysis of the features of metabolic syndrome of elderly

目的综合分析老年人代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况。方法对600例老年人的身高、体重、腰围、体重指数、心率、血压、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白进行检测分析。结果老年男性代谢综合征发病率为14.86%,女性为19.38%,其中60-75岁年龄组发病率较高,达21.46%。结论老年人代谢综合征发病率有增高趋势,其中肥胖加高血压加高血脂型多见,肥胖加高血压加血糖异常型也有所增加。

Objective To analyze of the features of metabolic syndrome（MS） among 600 cases of elderly during hospitalization and checkup. Methods The height, weight, waist, body mass index, heart rate, blood pressure,blood glucose, CHO1, TG, APA1, APB1, HDL and LDL were reviewed in 600 old people. Results The incidence rate of MS were 14.68% in men, 19.38% in women,and 21.46% in the groupk between 60 and 75 years old. Conclusion The incidence rate of MS are increased in elderly not only mainly correlated with obesity combined with hypertensure and hyperlipemia but also correlated with obesity combined with hypertensure and hyperglycosemia.
