哮喘儿童血浆神经肽Y与心率变异性相关性分析

The relationship between plasma neuropeptitde Y and heart rate variability in patients with child bronchial asthma disease

目的探讨哮喘儿童血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量与其心率变异性(HRV)的关系。方法随机选择哮喘儿童35例与健康儿童40例测定其空腹血浆NPY浓度,同时做24 h动态心电图并进行HRV时域分析。结果HRV中反映迷走神经张力指标的高频(HF)r、MSSD和pNN50在哮喘儿童组数值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而反映交感神经张力的主要指标低频(LF)、SDNN和SDANN则明显低于对照组。哮喘儿童血浆NPY明显升高(P<0.01),NPY与rMSSD(r=0.76)、pNN50(r=0.71)呈正相关。结论哮喘儿童血浆NPY与其HRV密切相关。

Objective To investigate the relation between plasma neuropetide Y（NPY） and heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with child bronchial asthma, Methods 35 patients with child bronchial asthma and 40 healthy children were selected at random, 24-hour of holter monitoring wad performed and plasma NPY levels were measured in all the subjects. Results The HF, rMSSD and pNNs0 of HRV which showed the vagus tone in asthma increased as compared with the normal group（P 〈 0.01）, the LF,SDNN and SDANN of HRV which mainly showed the sympathetic tone decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the plasma NPY increasd（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Plasma NPY levels were closely related to rMSSD（ r = 0.76 ） and pNN50 （ r = 0.71 ）. Conclusion Plasma NPY is closely related to HRV in patients with child bronchial asthma.
