开展西部基层远程教育多元化思路及问题研究

A study on Developing the Multifactor Style of Long-distance Education in the Grass Root of Western China

近些年来,西部基层地区落后的教育体系已成为该地区经济发展、社会进步的一大障碍,因此必须加快发展西部教育。从中小学基础教育、职业技术培训和企事业学习等多角度出发,纵观了西部基层地区远程教育开展现状,并就现行远程教育的多元化思路在资金、语言、师资等方面存在的问题进行了分析,就如何在西部基层地区继续有效开展多元化式远程教育提出了建议。

In recent years, it is gradually well known that the backward education in the grass roots has become a great Obstacle for the development of western economy and society. Therefore the education in western area must be emphasized. This paper first makes a comprehensive view about the achievements and progress of developing the multifactor style of long-distance education for basic education, vocational education and corporate education in the grass roots of western China, then we make an analysis of the difficulties in fund, language and teachers for developing the multifaetor style of long-distance education in the grass roots of western China. At last, facing the main difficulties, several suggestions have been put forward for related policies.
