论城市土地定级权重确定方法之——综合集成赋权法

The Synthesis Integration Applied to Figuring the Power of the Land Level Factor

影响土地质量的因素很多,但对土地质量的影响程度并不相同,只有通过因素权重的科学确定才能正确揭示土地质量差异。如何确定城市土地定级权重系数,是土地资源综合评价中的核心问题。本文在分析传统主观、客观土地定级因素权重确定方法和土地定级因素与土地质量之间的联系的基础之上,提出同时体现主观和客观信息的综合集成赋权法,介绍了应用综合集成赋权法确定土地定级因素权重的具体方法,对综合集成赋权法运用于土地定级因素权重确定的可行性进行了探讨。

There are too many factor which affect to the land quality,but the affected level are not same to the land resource. Only throught figuring the weight scientifically can to disclose the difference that between the all kinds of land.How to confirm the city land figure of the land level is the main question issue in the land resource integrative assess. The article introduce synthesis integration given power method which can incarnate the subjective and objective information all at the same time, which is based on the analysing the traditional methods of the subjective and objective land figuring level factor with the power and the relationship between the land class factor and the land quality. It introduce the method how to crystallize the power of the land level and research the feasibility of the synthesis integration applied to figuring the power of the land level factor.
