摘要
HZC20系列车床原制动机构采用电磁刹车装置,原材料浪费严重,成本较高,现把原制动机构改造为液压控制,节约了维修成本,降低了维修率,提高了生产效率。改造后使用效果很好。
The original brake construction of HZC20 beating lathe was controlled by electromagnetic brake rigging, The raw material was wasted seriously.So the original brake construction was changed into hydraulic control, Maintain cost was reduced and maintain rate was decreased, Productive efficiency was improved ,Good use results were achieved after the reform.
