核壳式纳米铜-锡粉的极压抗磨性能研究

摘要 研究了纳米核壳式铜-锡双金属粉在空气中不易氧化的特性。另将核壳式纳米铜-锡粉作为添加剂,分别添加到500SN油15W/40SG/CD发动机油中,用四球摩擦试验机考察了极压抗磨性能。用0.015%的添加量,就可较大幅度提高润滑油最大无卡咬Ps值(达1000N/GB3142左右)。此外还考察了核壳式纳米铜-锡粉与磷酸钼抗磨剂复配的极压抗磨效果。证实它是一种高效极压抗磨添加剂。 Study on character of which the core-shell Cu-Sn bimetallic nanoparticles is not easy to be oxidized in the air. Then use Cn-Sn nanoparticles as additive, and add it to 500SN oil, and 15W/40SG/CD engine oil respectively. Use four-ball machine to test their pressure and antiwear property. As few as 0,015% amount of additive increase greatly the PB of the lubricant oil (It reaches nearly 1 000N/GB3142). Also find that when core-shell Cu-Sn nanoparticles are combined with Molybdenum phosphate, their pressure and antiwear property are better. It is a highly efficient pressure and antiwear additive.
