摘要
基于全内反射椭偏光学成像系统,提出了一种实时光学蛋白质芯片生物传感器,用于同时检测多种蛋白质分子的动态相互作用过程。叙述了该传感器的有关原理、技术及其应用实例。
In order to monitor multiple protein reaction processes simultaneously, a biosensor based on imaging ellipsometry operated in the total internal reflection mode was proposed. Its principle and detailed techniques as well as a demonstration for its applications were presented here.
