摘要
在保证信息安全的前提下,文章探讨了一种基于网络的阅卷方式。将考生试卷利用OCR系统以图像的方式录入到计算机,通过网络传至考试中心。阅卷员通过网络得到经考试中心切分处理的试卷进行评阅,并通过网络传回考试中心。实现数据传输的安全及身份的防抵赖和权限的控制则利用防火墙、智能IC卡、数字签名等技术。此方式实现了考试阅卷工作的高效率、低成本、公平、公正,改变了传统阅卷方式的人员集中、串行操作等弊端。
This paper discusses on a network - based scoring system without jeopardizing information security. With OCR system, examination papers are transmitted into computer as images. Then these images are sent to the examination center through network. After being processed by the examination center, these papers get scored by the personnel, and then are sent back to the center. With firewall, IC card, and digital signature, the transmission security and authority control can be ensured. Through this way, scoring will become effective, low -cost, fair and square.
