摘要
目的:探讨中低位直肠癌术后复发的原因与预防。方法:对1995年1月至2005年12月间收治的中低位(肿瘤下缘距肛缘<8cm以下)直肠癌98例手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:手术后复发者有20例,复发时间为3个月至3年,分析发现复发与病理类型、病期与术式选择有一定的关系(P<0.05)。结论:根据不同患者的病理类型、病期及肿瘤的位置选用合适的术式,完整地切除直肠系膜及清除癌旁组织是提高临床疗效的重要条件。
Objective： To investigate the causes and prevention of postoperative local recurrence in middie/lower rectal carcinoma. Method： The data of 98 cases of operated rectal carcinoma with the distance of 8em from the anus were analyzed retrospectively in1995.1 to 2005.12. Result： 20 eases were fund local recurrence. The recurrence time was 3 - 36months. The Recurrence was related to the histological type, depth of invasion and the resection method. Conclusion： The histological type, depth of invasion, radical resection of tumor margin and unscientific nanal preservation are the prominent factors for the postoperative recurrence of middle/lower rectal carcinoma.
