摘要 用硝酸铵(NH4NO3)对山西农业大学人工湖水样进行处理,研究水体氮素对藻类植物的影响,用血球计数板法和分光光度法对处理过的水样的主要藻类的数量和叶绿素a含量进行测定,与未经处理过的水样比较分析,结果表明:随着TN浓度的升高,各种藻类的生产力先升后降,当TN浓度为500mg/L时生产力达到最高;小球藻是该实验水体富营养化的优势藻类,栅藻属数量最低;团藻属和小球藻属较硅藻属、栅藻属更能抵抗恶劣环境;实验所观察的4种藻类在TN=6000mg/L的状态下均不能正常生长. This article sampled the water from Shanxi Agricultural University artificial lake and changed its TN to study the influence of water body nitrogen on algae. Parameters detected include main algae quantity and the chlorophyll a content by the blood count board law and the spectro- photometric method. By comparison with non- processed sample, it is concluded that along with TN density ascension, each kind of algae' s productive forces increases first and then drops, when the TN density is more than 500mg/L, productive forces decreased. The chlorella is the superiority algae in all tested water body, while Scenedesmus is opposite; The chlorella along with volvox can resist the adverse circttmstance compared to the diatom and the Scenedesmus; all algae species cannot grow normally when TN = 6000mg/L.
