教师人格的培养与师德建设的途径

摘要 教师人格的培养与师德的建设是一项复杂的系统工程。文章在分析教师理想人格实现途径的基础上,提出要以教师理想人格的培养作为教师人格与师德建设的终极目标,要以理想人格培养的途径来统领整个教师人格的培养与师德的建设,从而最终实现教师理想人格与师德建设的统一。 The development of teachers' personality and ethics construction are a complicated system engineering. This article, on the basis of teachers' ideal personality, puts forward that cultivating their ideal personality is the ultimate end of their personality and ethics, and the development of their personality and ethics construction should be guided by the path of the ideal personality so as to unify the realization of teachers' ideal personality and the construction of their ethics.
