This article, on the basis of teachers＇ ideal personality, puts forward that cultivating their ideal personality is the ultimate end of their personality and ethics, and the development of their personality and ethics construction should be guided by the path of the ideal personality so as to unify the realization of teachers＇ ideal personality and the construction of their ethics.
