加快山西省农村剩余劳动力转移的对策与思考以发展农村高等职业技术教育的角度

Strategies to Accelerate the Transfer of Surplus Rural Labor in ShanXi——From the Angle of Developing Rural Higher Vocational and Technology Education

山西农村劳动力职业技能素质的低下制约着农村剩余劳动力的转移。而农村高等职业技术教育能够提升农村劳动者的职业技能素质,增加劳动力转移的稳定性,提高农民收入,是促进农村剩余劳动力转移的有效途径。本文通过分析山西省农村劳动力转移的现状、面临的困境,提出了发展农村高等职业技术教育的对策。

Low professional skill quality of rural labor in Shanxi restricts the transfer of surplus rural labor. Rural higher vocational and technological education can raise professional skill quality of rural labor, enhance the stability of labor transfer, and increase rustic income, and accordingly it is a valid approach to accelerate the transfer of surplus rural labor. This paper analyzes the actuality of rural labor and its transfer in Shanxi, as well as its problems, and puts forward strategies to develop higher vocational and technological education in rural areas so as to accelerate the transfer of surplus rural labor.
