摘要
通过讨论高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的概况,从健全学科馆员制度保障机制、健全学科馆员培训机制和健全学科馆员岗位职责三个方面,分析了健全高校图书馆学科馆员制度的具体内容,为高校图书馆全面实施学科馆员制度提供了参考。
This paper introduces the subject librarian system established in universities, and analyzes the detailed content of perfecting subject librarian system from perfecting insurance mechanism system, train mechanism and post responsibility. And it aims to provide reference for establishing subject librarian system in universities.
