The arrival of group leader period presented a new challenge to the leaders＇ group construction ability. For the leaders who are actively constructing organization of study type, it is an important task to study the theory on group construction, to know features of perfect group, to fully understand factors affecting group performance, and to master the skill of group construction and management.
