独立学院作为我国新兴的高等教育办学实体,由于其人才培养规格有别于普通本科高校,其毕业生在严峻的就业形势面前所产生心理问题既有共性,又有其独特性,因此,加强独立学院毕业生就业心态研究,有助于他们顺利成才、成长,迅速适应社会发展需要。

There is a difference in cultivation mode between independent colleges and the other types of universities. Under the severe job situations, the attitude to job of graduates not only has something in common with the other graduates, but also has its peculiality. Consequently, we have to strengthen the research on the attitude to job of them in order to help them get talented and adapt their talent to the social development as soon as possible.
