Experience of Xinxing Oil Depot of Sinopc Jiangsu Oil Company to launch saving energy activities is described. The depot benefits from the activities. The experience is giving priority to energy saving, taking fine measures to enlarge space of reducing cost, strengthening management and establishing long- lasting system.
