摘要
在调查、访谈及对调查的数据和材料进行分析、整理的基础上,思考农村教师(本文中农村教师是指农村中小学教师,下同)继续教育存在的问题及其原因,试图找到制约农村教师继续教育的根源所在,并对其目前存在的一些问题进行对策探讨。
This article aims to analyze the problems and their causes of the continuing education of teachers in rural areas (including teachers in primary and middle schools in this article). On the basis of the investigation, interviews, and the analysis and organization of data, this paper tryies to find what restricts the continuing education of teachers in rural areas, and to probe into the solutions to some problems at present.
